A busy GP practice is seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to manage and code essential patient information into their healthcare records using the EMIS Web clinical system.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input and code patient data into medical records
Identify and code clinical information correctly, ensuring all necessary follow-up actions are completed
Scan and attach patient documents to their electronic records
Update and amend medical records to ensure information is correct and comprehensive
Assist the team with additional tasks as required
Essential Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in a medical setting
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage a varied and busy workload
Experience in administrative tasks
Flexible, with a positive, proactive attitude
Discretion and commitment to patient confidentiality
