Location: Oxfordshire
Start: October 2024
Full-time, permanent role (with flexibility for the right candidate)

A busy GP practice is seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to manage and code essential patient information into their healthcare records using the EMIS Web clinical system.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately input and code patient data into medical records
• Identify and code clinical information correctly, ensuring all necessary follow-up actions are completed
• Scan and attach patient documents to their electronic records
• Update and amend medical records to ensure information is correct and comprehensive
• Assist the team with additional tasks as required

Essential Skills and Experience:
• Previous experience in a medical setting
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage a varied and busy workload
• Experience in administrative tasks
• Flexible, with a positive, proactive attitude
• Discretion and commitment to patient confidentiality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
