Intermediate / Project Quantity Surveyor | Commercial Fit Out | Central London | Perm or Freelance
Join a growing, well-established interiors contractor delivering high-quality commercial fit out projects across London and the South East.
This is a design-led, delivery-focused business operating in the £2m£6m project range, with a strong and growing order book. With a current turnover of £25m£30m, theyre increasingly competing and winning work against larger Tier-style interiors contractors.

The Role
- Working as a Project / Intermediate QS supporting live commercial fit out projects
- Managing core commercial tasks: procurement, valuations, variations, CVRs, and cost reporting
- Working closely with delivery teams, subcontractors, and senior management
- Office-based role in Holborn, with flexibility around site visits
- Option to work 1 day per week from home once established
- Clear opportunity to grow with the business as project scale and workload increase

- Background in commercial interiors or fit out strongly preferred
- Good understanding of trades and subcontractors practical, delivery-aware
- Comfortable running commercial elements on live projects with support
- Ambitious, commercially sound, and keen to develop long-term within one business

Social Media & Marketing Coordinator | Essex
When a marketer with taste joins a construction company
You know the moment. Someone sends you a doc and says:
Its basically done it just needs branding.
Its not done.
There are three fonts.
The logo is stretched.
The spacing feels personal.
You fix it. Quietly. Again.
This role is that behaviour, but salaried.
The business
Engineering-led principal contractor. A good and fun bunch of people. Cash-rich, scaling into bigger projects and finally upgrading how they show up.
The role (what you the Social Media & Marketing Coordinator will be trusted with)
The last person here was more graphic designer than marketer and it worked.
Youll:
- Turn director notes into tender-ready presentations
- Make documents look intentional, not accidental
- Run LinkedIn + Meta without cringe
- Create case studies, wins, anniversaries, birthdays
- Spot when somethings off and fix it
This will feel familiar if:
- You just tweak things and somehow save the day
- Bad spacing physically bothers you
- You know fine isnt finished
3 days office / 2 days WFH
If the above appeals to you or any Social Media & Marketing Coordinators that you know, and your experience covers Social Media Management, Analytics and Reporting, Email Marketing, Website Content and Management and Events and Sponsorships then please message me to find out more.

Permanent Full Time
February 2026
A growing principal contractor delivering to the public and private sector projects across London and the South East has a great new opportunity for you.
Until now, Health & Safety has been outsourced. Thats changing.
They are bringing Health & Safety function in-house and are looking for a Lead Health & Safety Manager to take full ownership of the function. This is a genuine blank canvas role no inherited lever-arch files from 2009, no thats how weve always done it policies. Just the opportunity to build something properly.
The Role
Youll be the Senior Health & Safety voice across the business trusted by the directors, respected on site, and not ignored when you say this needs fixing.
Your day-to-day will include:
Setting up and leading the Health & Safety function (from zero to best practice)
Writing clear, practical Health & Safety policies and manuals that people actually read
Developing and delivering ISO accreditation (ISO 45001 and related standards the real thing, not the box-ticking version)
Providing hands-on Health & Safety support across multiple live construction sites
Ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations, HSE guidance and UK legislation
Reviewing RAMS, carrying out audits and inspections, and challenging unsafe behaviours
Investigating incidents and near misses (hopefully very few of the former)
Building a positive Health & Safety culture where site teams work with you, not around you
About You
Youre a construction Health & Safety professional who knows the difference between good policy and policy for the sake of it. Youre comfortable on site, confident with senior leadership, and able to balance authority with approachability.
Youll likely have:
Senior or lead Health & Safety experience within construction
Experience working for a main contractor or similar construction environment
A track record of building or improving Health & Safety systems
Strong working knowledge of CDM Regulations and construction legislation
Experience developing or managing ISO 45001 accreditation
NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) because you know your stuff
Why Join?
A genuine opportunity to build a Health & Safety function from scratch
Autonomy, trust and direct access to decision-makers
A role where your input actually shapes how the business operates
A growing contractor that wants to do Health & Safety properly not just talk about it
