Façade Remediation Scheme | Brighton (Adjacent to Station) | Site-Based
A well-established main contractor is looking to appoint a Project Quantity Surveyor for a £20m façade remediation scheme in Brighton.
This is a two-year programme on a live residential remediation project.
The role reports into a Senior QS and sits within a structured commercial team - this is not a Senior QS position. They want a solid Project QS (or strong assistant) who can take ownership of packages and deliver properly.
The Role
- Commercial management of a £20m façade remediation project
• Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
• CVRs, cost reporting and forecasting
• Variations and change control management
• Supporting the Senior QS and working closely with the site team
• Full package responsibility through to final account
This is hands-on site delivery - not a head office support role.
What they’re looking for
- Project QS (not Senior QS)
• Degree qualified (essential)
• Experience with a comparable main contractor (Tier 2 preferred)
• Façade remediation experience strongly preferred
• Able to work site-based full time
• Living within 45 minutes of Brighton
A strong Assistant QS may be considered, but salary would reflect level.
