Freelance Quantity Surveyors | London (The City & West London) 
 
I’m working with a growing contractor who has multiple schemes about to kick off across London, and they’re looking to bring in Quantity Surveyors to support delivery.
 
This isn’t a one-job stopgap — there’s a pipeline of projects, with one already live and in demolition phase (~20 weeks) and more due to follow.
 
The Role
• Site-based Quantity Surveyor roles across City of London & Hayes
• Supporting projects from early stages through delivery
• Full commercial duties – procurement, packages, valuations, variations, reporting
• Working closely with site teams on live schemes
 
The Projects / Sectors
• Residential developments (private sale & PRS)
• Student accommodation schemes
• Hotel developments
• Mix of new build and complex urban projects
 
What they’re looking for
• Strong, hands-on QS who can operate site-side
• Comfortable managing packages and dealing with subcontractors
• Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
• Experience across residential / PBSA / hotel schemes ideal
