Site Manager needed to run an 80 Unit Apartment block | Mid Rise  | Near Wembley | Temp until end of the year

We are working with a leading residential developer who is looking for someone who can manage a mid rise residential block. They have just started internals-party walls are in, underfloor heating and screed to follow. Externals are well under way (brickwork up to 6 storeys currently). You will have an assistant site manager reporting in to you. 

The Role:
•    Lead internals on a new build residential block
•    Take ownership and see the block through to handover
•    Start immediately or in a few weeks

Requirements:
•    Mid rise residential apartments for a main contractor/developer 
•    Strong on Internals (some external experience required)
•    CSCS, SMSTS (or SSSTS)
•    Fire Marshall / First Aid a bonus
•    IT Literate
