We're working with a highly respected main contractor that delivers some of London's most prestigious super-prime residential, luxury hospitality and high-end refurbishment projects.
They have secured a flagship development, a £60m refurbishment of a listed building in  Central London and are looking for an ambitious Site Manager to join the team.

This role would suit someone who is energetic, detail-focused and eager to progress their career whilst working on a truly standout project.
✅ CAT A Fit-Out experience
✅ Super Prime Residential and/or Luxury Hotel experience
✅ Strong quality and health & safety focus
✅ SMSTS, First Aid & Black CSCS
✅ Trade background preferred (Carpentry, Joinery, Drylining or Ceilings)

You'll be responsible for managing subcontractors, driving programme delivery, maintaining exceptional quality standards and helping deliver a project that will become a benchmark in the London market.
