I'm working with a specialist high-end residential contractor who is looking to appoint a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to commercially lead a prestigious super-prime refurbishment in Victoria.
This is a rare opportunity to join a live project with around 18 months remaining, working on the refurbishment and fit-out of an exclusive private residence.
The Role
- Commercial lead on a £17m super-prime residential refurbishment
- Procurement and management of subcontract packages
- CVRs, valuations, variations and final accounts
- Working closely with the Project Manager and Commercial Director
- Site-based role with long-term continuity
