This opportunity will suit a commercially astute QS who enjoys working for stable small to medium principal contractors and delivering projects across all building sectors.
The Role:
- Managing the commercial aspects of building projects within commercial, education, residential, retail and leisure up to £4m
- Cost planning, estimating, and tender analysis
- Working closely alongside the Commercial Manager and Director on budgets and forecasts
- Managing subcontract procurement and contract administration (JCT / NEC)
- Monitoring risks, opportunities, and overall project financial performance
- Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the commercial team

- Proven experience working for a principal contractor.
- Stable employment history
- Experience managing projects commercially from start to finish.
