An established Principal Contractor are looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to be the friendly face between residents and site teams during refurbishment works.
🏡 The Role
 
  • You’ll keep residents informed, manage expectations, and ensure works run smoothly with minimal disruption.
  • Act as the main point of contact for residents
  • Provide updates on works and schedules
  • Handle queries and complaints with empathy
  • Coordinate access for site teams
  • Support vulnerable residents where needed

  • Strong customer-facing experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Calm, organised, and solution-focused
  • Construction or housing experience (bonus)
