I’m working with a growing interiors contractor based near Bond Street, looking to bring in a Quantity Surveyor to support their expanding pipeline of London projects.
This is an office-based role with involvement across multiple schemes , which is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to be close to both the commercial and pre-con side of the business.
The Role
- Commercial management across multiple interior fit-out projects
• Procurement, subcontractor management, valuations, variations and cost reporting
• Involvement in estimating and tender support
• Working closely with project managers and directors
• Supporting projects through to final account
The Projects
- Interior fit-out schemes across London
• Typically £100k – £1.5m
• Fast-paced, design-led projects with quick turnaround
What they’re looking for
- Quantity Surveyor with minimum 4–6 years’ experience
• Background in interiors, fit-out or similar fast-paced environments
• Comfortable across both commercial and estimating functions
• Proactive, “hands-on” and keen to develop
- Office based near Bond Street
• Open to permanent or freelance (with a view to go permanent)
• Small, growing team with good exposure and progression for the right individual
