The Role
- Managing design from pre-construction through to project completion
• Coordinating consultant teams and driving design programmes
• Reviewing technical information and ensuring buildability
• Managing planning, Building Regulations and statutory approvals
• Working closely with commercial, operational and site teams
• Identifying and managing technical risk throughout the project lifecycle
• Office-based in High Wycombe with site visits and flexibility to work from home

- Design Manager with main contractor experience
• Residential and education project experience preferred
• Experience across both pre-construction and project delivery
• Strong technical and buildability knowledge
• Organised, proactive and confident managing consultant teams
