Commercial Manager / Quantity Surveyor – Super Prime Residential

A leading name in the super-prime residential sector, delivering some of London’s most high-end, detail-driven projects are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of the commercial aspects
a £5m prime residential project in Regents Park, where you’ll be site-based.

The Role
  • Manage all financial and contractual elements
  • Lead procurement and subcontractor packages
  • Handle valuations, variations, and final accounts
  • Produce cost reports, forecasts, and cashflow
  • Monitor performance and manage commercial risk 
About You
  • Experience in prime or high-end residential
  • Strong commercial and contractual awareness
  • Organised, detail-focused, and confident communicator
