I'm working with a growing specialist contractor delivering façade, cladding, roofing, remediation and external envelope projects across London and the South East.
This is a key procurement role supporting multiple live projects whilst working closely with commercial and operational teams to ensure materials, plant and specialist packages are procured efficiently and competitively.

The Role
• Procurement of materials, plant and specialist subcontract packages across façade and remediation projects
• Obtaining and analysing supplier quotations
• Building and maintaining supplier and manufacturer relationships
• Supporting project teams with programme-critical procurement
• Working closely with commercial and operational teams
• Assisting with supply chain management and procurement strategy

What they're looking for
• Buyer experience within construction
• Façade, cladding, roofing, drylining, envelope or specialist subcontractor experience beneficial
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Organised, proactive and commercially aware
