Job Responsibilities:

·Provide efficient reception service for patients and visitors.
·Handle enquiries, schedule appointments, and explain procedures.
·Prioritise urgent consultations effectively.
·Orientate new patients and ensure completion of necessary procedures.
·Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls accurately.
·Record and manage home visit requests.
·Process repeat prescription requests within 48 hours.
·Organise paperwork for surgeries and clinics.
·Inform patients of private service charges and handle payments.
·Maintain accurate patient records on the computer.
·Manage patient notes and correspondence efficiently.
